Returning ProLon within Australia

ProLon return policy

ProLon is supplied by L-Nutra, 8000 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90048 United States.

They have shipped it to you for free. But if you need to return it they do not require you to post it to the US.

L-Nutra is committed to customer satisfaction with its products and services. L-Nutra provides product refunds for unopened or defective ProLon boxes in the following situations:

  • Orders cancelled prior to shipment will be fully refunded.
  • Customers may return their unopened ProLon boxes within 30 days from ordering the product for a full refund (a processing fee of $50 box applies).
  • Damaged product will be replaced at no cost to the customer after product return.

If you need to cancel before shipment

Contact LifeX Australia at the earliest possibility. It might be as little as 24 hours between your payment for ProLon and its shipment. Once your ProLon has been shipped you cannot cancel your order and obtain a refund.

If you have purchased ProLon from LifeX Australia and it has been received by you and you wish to return it then mail your unopened or damaged ProLon box or send it by courier to:

We will confirm the receipt of your box by L-Nutra Australia and then (if it is unopened) refund you (less a $50 processing fee) or if it is damaged, fully refund you with 14 days.
